Bush hasn't done anything in Detroit so I wouldn't say that was a huge mistake. What is the answer? I honestly don't even know at this point.

Getting rid of Vontae Davis was a mistake I think. He seems to have developed nicely despite his maturity problems.

Trading Brandon Marshall and Vontae Davis were also bad. But Philbins biggest mistake has been his unwillingness to hold his assistant coaches accountable.
