So your sitting down to watch a Dolphin game on any given Sunday during the avg game how many times will a play force you out of your seat.
My guess is about 7-10 plays or penalties or big hits that make me leave my seat.

You get out of your seat 7-10 times a game at 81 years old? Damn you move your feet better than Jason ALLEN!
 
I hardly ever sit down anymore. I got the kids running around making too much noise, and I don't want to miss anything. Basically I stand in front of the TV for 3 hrs and make frequent fridge tips.
 
I sit on the same position for the whole game... can't eat, can't drink anything until it's all over... I'll jump and coss every time a play deserves it.... other than that I pretty much sit still...
 
I only stand up when the game is really close because I feel like I'm going to throw up. The end of the Texans game is a perfect example.
 
When Im at the stadium, I stand up every play(to the dislike of the fat lazy people behind me), and at home, every good play I stand up and high five all the people watching with me.
 
While at the Jets/Phins game last year in the Meadowlands, I stood for every play that produced more than 8 yards or every big defensive hit made. The people behind me asked me to stop standing so much but honestly, I just could not help it. It's almost like when the doctor hits your knee with that rubber hammer, it's so reactionary.
