I know it has little to do with anything but I thought it was interesting. I was watching a documentary on Dusty Rhodes and he said the day he got his first paycheck for wrestling he also got a call from the Miami Dolphins to sign with them and he refused thinking he could make alot more money wrestling.

He never mentioned what position he played but he did say he spent time with the pats and giants

Wow i didnt no that. Thanks for the info.

Probably wouldn't have worked out. Just being big and strong doesn't cut it in the NFL. You have to have talent, even to be just a backup. Plus I'm not sure how strict the WWF's sterroid policy was...lol.

Brock Lesnar tried to play in the NFL after wrestling and Bill Goldberg played for the Falcons and "The Rock" played at Miami of Florida in college.

We had Wahoo Mcdaniel why not Dusty, Wahoo was a very good d- lineman

Dusty was one of my favorite all-time wrestlers, got to see him in person before also. FUNNY GUY!!!!

thanks you...linebacker it was...CrunchTime even has a gif of an interception in the George Wilson thread.

Funky like a monkey. I have wined and dined with kings and queens, and I've slept in alleys and dined on pork and beans.
