Dwayne Bowe out with concussion - advantage Chargers (Dolphins)

For what it's worth, the only reason to believe Miami should lose this one is that the Dolphins are a bunch of choke artists.

Miami really is the better team and the situational variables favor the Dolphins.
 
Maybe the football gids will be on our side. Whats the stat, over the past decade or something the superbowl winner doesnt make the playoffs the following year?

Thats not the point. Sure, we all have had that bitter taste in our mouths at the hands of this franchise. However, 48 hours before the game you have to drown that side out and at the very least go into it being neutral. We, are going into battle and I can do without the guy next to me saying, "Whats the point we are going to lose anyway." Stay home!

Oh I hear ya on that brother, I don't really want to be negative. I'm just wary is all. You always have to be wary with this team. They've worn me down to a nub over the years with all the unclutch/choke job performances, so I think its natural as a fan to tread lightly going into a game like this.
 
Sorry if this has been addressed before...

I hear people talking about the Chiefs wanting to rest starters and mailing this one in...but if the Dolphins need San Diego to win, it could only be after the Chargers are already eliminated, so what will be their motivation?

To win a football game and show they want to kick ass in the NFL. All this teams mailing it in or losing for a higher pick is complete BS. The Jets, and Bills, and etc. are all coming to play tomorrow. The Chargers are going to bring it regardless if they are eliminated or not.

The Chiefs resting starters is legit though as they have no chance to improve their seeding. They will try to win though and I wouldn't rule it out.
 
I'll take any advantage we can get. We are very lucky this game is in san diego. Chiefs would have had to put up an effort for the fans if this game was in KC.
 
They are resting their starters anyway, by 2nd half. Plus I'm not even thinking about that, but the fins game. Fins, afterall, have to win first for them to even have a chance or for chargers winning to even matter for fins or ravens losing.

Plus the Chargers quarterback is a very fiery, competitive guy who just loves to play and win. So even if Chargers are eliminated, Philip Rivers will still be out there busting his ass to get a win for his team.
 
Chiefs backups will beat the Chargers if both Mia and Bal win.
