Dwayne Bowe to Miami?

Didn't Davis and Ocho also say there were going to fly up and help Harvin pack? Nothing to see here, just twitter talk.
 
The main thing to take from this is not the fact that Vontae Davis and Chad Johnson are openly pandering for yet another good receiver, to me it's the fact that Dwayne Bowe not only privately told Vontae he wants to come down to Miami, but also publicly joked about it on twitter by saying "omw".

Fact of the matter is, Dwayne is schedule to be an unrestricted free agent next off season when the Dolphins are scheduled to have $60 million in salary cap space burning a hole in their pockets. I think everyone is well aware by now that the team is bare on receiver talent.

Yeah, that's significant.

That would be pretty awesome, a proven talent at WR that can go up and get it. He reminds me of a good chris chambers.
 
i can think of other ways i'd rather put to use that $60 mil than a relatively slow wr in a wco...who is gonna demand in free agency top 5 wr money at minimum...
 
bowe is still better than every WR we have on our roster by far. Speed shouldn't be your primary factor in a WR either, look at the raiders.
 
bowe is gonna be overpaid next year in free agency...sure he's better than anything we have...we got hot garbage
 
lol so who would you want for the price that is okay by your standards? unless you get lucky in the late rounds of the draft youre gonna pay for a WR.
 
i don't think paying dwayne bowe $50 mil in free agency is a wise investment...i'd put the money somewhere else
 
50 million over how many years? Seems a little high of an estimation don't ya think? who would you sign or want right now from any team. Doesn't have to be realistic outside of the super stars like calvin, andre johnson etc.
 
i bet bowes at least 5 years $45 mil...i'd say 5 years $50 mil more likely in free agency...that said i'd rather sink $50 mil in bowe than $20 mil in hartline
 
Didn't Brandon Marshall get a 4 year $47 million extension from us? I would think Bowe would want that much at least.
