Eagles Make Minimal Offer For Gordon

agree... we are not going to get too much for him, but lets wait. We dont have to trade/release him until after the 4th week. So lets see what develops before we jump at the first offer we get for him.
 
If I were Nick, I'd be holding out for some insurance in the form of making this a trade for a conditional pick. Something like a 7th that converts to a 5th if he gets 500 yards combined rushing and receiving seems fair.
 
I really don't know if i would accept that trade or not. The Eagles should make it a cond 7th rounder for next year. It will be a 6th if he plays every game and a 5th if he has over 600 rushing yards or something like that.

That's a good suggestion as no-one really knows what Gordon really may be able to do if he stays healthy and is given a fair chance at starting - if he puts up some decent numbers then we should be given at least a 5th round pick.
