There is no such thing as a professional twitter account. He's stated many times that twitter isn't controlled by his job. It's his own use.

It doesn't matter if he doesn't think his twitter account is owned by the Sun-Sentinel or not. All that matters is that he same account he uses to dispense dolphins news is the one where he is live-tweeting milf hunting. I'm sorry, but I have no need to see that crap on my feed. I only follow for Dolphins news, and I bet most would agree with me.

If he wants to live tweet all his personal crap, he could do it from another account.

I don't see other serious reporters babbling about hanging with their homies or how they shot someone when they were young,etc. from their professional twitter account.

If he wants to be taken seriously, he should act professionally on these public social media outlets.

To be fair to Omar, the TV announcers pinned the foul on Mitchell too because the ref flagged #90 of the kicking team. Omar had time to do the homework though and figure out the ref's borked the call.

I don't follow him directly, but I follow a twitter list with Miami sports reporters and players, of which he is included, so there is no way to get rid of him.
