Anybody else feeling like CJ Mosely, Jason Fox and Matt Moore could be on the bubble based on their play and potential cost saving?

I dont. I dont think we have better on the roster for their spot.

Not that there's better on the roster, but there are better options on other rosters that will be available in a few weeks.

I srsly doubt they will carry 3 qbs and whoever they pick up at this point would be #3 on qb depth chart.

Fox is a starter, they will not cut a starter.

CJ Mosley is in 2d unit rotation and looked good tonight. He has better than anyone else on d line cept the two starters. I dont see them being able to pick up anyone better.

im thinking next year we need to draft a QB in later rounds moore imo has looked horrible this preseason

Im thinking they need to find and groom a qb who can run our offense, the same offense that RT runs and not some weird version.

I dont think there's any doubt this is Moores last year.

His reads and timing is rookie level the last few years, we should't of even resigned him.

Mosley yes, he and Anthony Johnson fighting for one spot. Moore and Fox no, there is no one on this team or in free agency that is any better at this point. Walton, Paysinger and Bowman are on it.

If they carry 5 Mosley is 3 or 4 on depth chart.Suh, Mitchell, Mosley, Phillips, Johnson.

All three will be safe unfortunately. That is indicative of our paper thin depth.
If the Panthers cut Anderson, I would take him over Matt Moore. His poor performances are piling up.
Mosely is Suh's buddy, I think he makes the squad.
Jason Fox is a 3rd string tackle. Again, indicative of our depth.

We're not even close to being able to afford letting go of Fox. There are no alternatives currently. The Mosely signing made some sense because of his connection with Suh, but we have so much young depth inside, I really don't feel he's worth cutting one of the young talents for. And yeah Moore has officially become a mediocre at best backup. Looks like he just doesn't care about his craft anymore and once the opportunity of starting in this league went away, he's now just content to cash checks.

Depth will be the main problem this year. I will say I don't feel the secondary is as bad as last year in that department. The O-line depth is going to bite us in the ass.
