Miami vs 49ers- Lets go Miami! This game, for playoff purposes alone, is not that important. We could technically lose this game, and ONLY this game and still win the division. We would just need the injury-plagued Patriots to lose one out of their final three.

Buffalo vs NYJ- Bills all the way..What's the status on Edwards? Is he playing? If he is, this is the perfect game to get him back on track. The Jets secondary is a huge weakness for that team. (Well that, and Brett Favre's turnovers)

Pittsburgh vs Baltimore- Lets go Steelers.. We want the Ravens to lose for two reasons.
1)If the Dolphins were to lose one of their next three, we could still get into the playoffs as a wildcard, but the Ravens would need to lose their final three games.
2)Assuming the Dolphins win the division, if the Ravens lose two out of their final three, and the Patriots win out, we would then be playing the Patriots at home rather than Baltimore at home. I believe the Fins have a better show to beat the injury-plagued Patriots than the Ravens with that scary defense. You know the saying, "defense wins championships".

Patriots vs Oakland- Raiders for the win. A Patriots loss is always a Dolphins victory :). It also makes it even harder than it already is now for them to earn a playoff berth. On the other hand however, as I stated above, I'd much rather play the Patriots than the Ravens, so, I cant believe I'm saying this, but I want the Patriots to win out (assuming we do as well).

I don't worry about possible postseason opponents. I just hope we make it and every playoff game is a tough game, regardless of opposition. Just wanna see the Dolphins play in January and it's going to be a good year

It's better that the Pats lose once, giving Miami a one-game margin of error in the next two games. Besides, I'm not sure why you'd worry about the Pats in the playoffs since the wildcard teams are more likely to be the Colts and Ravens.

If we win out, the Pats probably get to watch the playoffs on TV.

He's right, and also at this point in the season with Cassel out indefintely due to his father's death. who knows where that will lead them to this Sunday against the ill fated Raiders. I think Ravens and Indy wild card for sure.

I have no problem rooting for Beefalo this weekend. Normally, however, it wouldn't bother if game between these 2 teams ended in 0-0 tie.

In all honesty, whether it benefits the phins or not, I can not root for the Steelers... They are the most boring team in the NFL or maybe they are just testing Ron Jaworski's theory that points come out of the passing game... i.e Ben R threw 40 times against the Chargers and they still only scored 11 pts...........yawn!

I'm no fan of the Raiduhs but will root for them this weekend.

IDC who we need to play in the playoffs. Remember for a while they had that scary stat about Bill Belicheat and how he nearly never lost against a team he previously faced in the year? Well that will be Sparano's new stat if I can help it (which I can't) but regardless, we have faced and lost to both the ravens and the patriots this year. We can beat both these teams by not doing what we did last time for both ofthem.

A big play in that Ravens game was the CP pick 6. He WON'T make that mistake again (I promise). If he does, I will willingly donate 75% of the finheaven credits to an active member on this board with a low amount of credits.

Another big thing that we will stop if the Pats host us will be Randy (catch the ball going 5 yards out of bounds) Moss. Jason Allen had good coverage on him all day but JA is not a stud and Moss is. We will cover him with a CB and a Saftey all game if we play them again. GUARENTEE IT!

1) You can forget about the Ravens losing 3 games. They play Jacksonville in the final week and right now, Jacksonville is the team that you would most like to play. They are IN THE TANK!! This team quit several weeks ago.

Besides, dont be shocked if Baltimore runs the table. Im not so sure they arent the best team in the AFC. We will find out on Sunday. Everyone knows how ridiculous their D is, but no one seems to mention the fact they have been putting up 30 a game like its easy lately.

2) Youre wanting to play the Pats in round 1, and you would be right for wanting that. Really Id rather play the Colts than any possible wildcard, but if not them the Pats give us the next best chance at victory. Simple reason is we can score on those teams. Balitmore is a game we would have to win something like 13-10. In order to do that we would have to stop the run and not have any turnovers. Balitmores run game is sick though.

3) Finally you mention wanting to play the Pats, and the only real way to do that is if they win out and we do as well. Well if that happens we win the division anyway so stop worrying about the wildcard. It isnt happening. People keep talking about it, but its been a PIPE DREAM since the day the Pats beat us. Forget about the wildcard already. You dont even mention the Colts losing out, even though despite their soft schedule, its just as likely as Baltimore losing out.....which is pretty much a non existant chance.

I want the Patriots to lose. A Pats loss and we can lose a game against either KC or SF. Not like I think we will but we could and it'd be ok.

imo dont be surprised that pittsburge dont beat the ravens with there d fence not saying that the ravensdont have a good D but i see pitts stuffing the run and putting pressure on flacco (rookie) and makin him make bad decisoins
