Some of you have probably seen this in the PBB. It's not too bad, and correct for the most part. There is some debate as to whether or not Charlie Anderson makes the team, but I think Edgar is pretty close to having an accurate idea of what the team's opening day roster will look like.

Having said that, I don't think there is anyway that Brandon Frye will make it through this season our roster. With the way the Trifecta tinkers with the bottom of the roster, they are going to find someone in Sat's cuts or someone who makes it on to someone else's practice squad to try to augment our Oline.

Andrew Gardner has a big opportunity in front of him. If the Oline stays healthy, he will have this whole year to learn the NFL game and get up to NFL strength. If he can, next year there is a huge opportunity for him to land some playing time at OT (unless of course, Vernon surprises the hell out of me and plays better than he has this PS).

In any case, I do hope that AG will improve and be viable, much like Shawn Murphy did this past off season.

Aside from an injury, there is absolutely NO WAY gardner is playing either of the OT spots for another 3 seasons at least. We have the highest paid tackle tandem in the league, they aren't going to ride the pine like Wilford did.

....which is why Gardner or someone else might have an opportunity...if these guys (cough, cough, Carey) dont play like the highest paid tandem in the league. Gardner needs to spend some time time with Murphy and see what SM did in the gym and in the film room to make him a viable alternative to Donald Thomas. I think Murphy's improvement pushed DT to get better ASAP.

If the RT sees someone vying for his job, it might actually motivate him to play better. I think Carey sees himself as you see him..."highest paid, so therefore entitled to the job."

By the way does anyone know what position John Denny plays other than Long Snapper?

I think Edgar does a good job in his precition. He has it just about right, however, I think we have to see what Courtney Bryan can provide in the last week of pre-season. Bryan has really made a case for himself covering really well and breaking up some big plays.

I think I would put Courtney Bryan and Charlie Anderson on the bubble....Charlie Anderson has yet to impress me this offseason and letting that blocked punt go realy hurt his case.

It's a pretty good prediction. I think there's a good chance Cam will start on PUP though...which will allow them to carry one more player at least for the time being, who I'd guess would be either LB Kershaw or RB Hilliard, depending on who's better at ST.

Then when Cam comes back you either drop Kershaw/Hilliard, or London.

I would not be shocked to see Martin either traded or cut. He has two items against him...his age and this is his last year on his contract.

Every morning on the I-net and every one of the sports tickers I keep thinking the Dolphins traded him to some team for a late round pick.
