Edwards to Giants?

Did anyone else hear the rumor about a trade that would send Braylon Edwards and Quinn to the Giants and part of the deal is David Carr to Cleveland.

My dad told me about it. heard it from someone at work.

Why would the Giants need Quinn? Or why would Cleveland be content with Quinn leaving and Carr replacing him?
