Edwards = Wannstedt?

They are attacking his IQ, play calling, faces on the sideline, press conferences...everything. Its great!

heh i cant stand the Jets but Herm's a pretty good coach. There's no one hear Wanny's level, he's complete garbage. The Marlins should hire him for some position since he does such a great job of what they're looking for... ruining franchises.

As far as coaching is concerned...Wanny couldn't hold Herm's clipboard for lack of a better term. I guess we're quick to forget that the Jets were a missed field goal away from the AFC Championship game last season.

That's too bad. Edwards is a class guy. Then again, so was Wanny. He just couldn't coach.

I've always compared Wanny to Pete Carroll when he was at New England. I know he's a respected college coach, but he was basically an ineffective coach who steadily lead his team downwards from where the Tuna had them. But he was kept around because he was a nice guy who the players liked, because of his lack of discipline. That's Wanny.

I love the board and it's my home board but most of the posters ther are delusional when it comes to Herm.
