Either DENVER-PITT, or MIAMI- PITT in opener!

It would awesome if we got the opener but barring some huge signing or downfall in Denver we wont get it

It will definately be Denver/Pitt... Unless Miami has TO, tje rematch of the AFC Champ game is more appealing.

I supposed the opener would be the best time of year to have a shot at beating the Steelers. Heck, wed jumped on Denver last year too, and we probably wouldn't have been able to beat them during the middle of the season.

I'm just hoping our first game is on the road. Won't be back from vacation till the 20th. Would hate to miss opening day at the stadium. Its ELECTRIC.

It wont be us. its almost ALWAYS the team that played one another in the playoffs/championship game rematch of the AFC or NFC

It should be because I believe the Marlins play at home that day.

so right off the bat we know that we are gonna play on the road opening weekend, we could probably predict our and away schedule right now just by looking at the Marlins schedule

they are probably going to give it to whoever gets TO between us and denver...if neither of us get him they will give it to denver i bet

:cpatch: :beerbang: Thanks for the info guys. Just made my day!

Not true......
2002 San Francisco at New York Giants
2003 New York Jets at Washington
2004 Indianapolis at New England
2005 Oakland at New England

These were the match-ups on opening weekend on Thursday night. Only one game was a conference championship rematch
