Great post, but I have heard a select few members have been banned from stating their honest opinions. (not sure if its true or not)

In my opinion, this team has a lot of problems, primarily in the front office, which includes the coaching staff and up to the owner.

I am not in agreement that Stephen Ross got celebrities to become part owners, and I feel this is part of the reason why this team is failing, miserably.

I can't speak for the staff here as I have been retired for a long time. They keep matters private between the member and them. I am with you on Ross. If he wants to be an entertainer, please sell the team so this organization can get serious about winning football again.

Every system is flawed, but if a member thinks they were banned unfairly, the final judge on the matter is Fin-atic, and believe me, he has personally reviewed serveral instances, and even overturned more than one because he didn't agree with the banning. That being said we lay out the rules (TOS) and its up to the members and staff to follow them. with that in mind there is a way to disagree with staff actions and a way not to.

To echo what Wildbill says, we want members here. We have NEVER banned anyone for just expressing their opinion. We encourage it, and we want it. We are a site for fans run by fans. And we mean ALL fans. We represent Dolphin fans from all walks of life and this is a place you can come to and express yourself. And as Wildbill says, as long as you follow the TOS we don't care what you say. Purge...get it off your chest.

I can say that almost every member who complains about being banned unfairly, fact is they were properly handled and warned several times prior to being banned. There is always, always a reason.

This makes too much sense, and will never happen here. Nice idea though.

FH wouldnt be as fun if it wasnt as chippy as it gets on here.

I like the fight between the pessimistic and the optimistic, it gives you the chance to get in touch with a wide variety of our fan base.

And like Finatic said, the members that come on here and express their frustrations are just as much a fan as you, I and everyone else. Its the anger they have after so much losing that may sometims cause them to act like "jerks"
