I looked at some mock drafts for next year and here is who i found them predicting us to draft in the first round:

most people figure us taking a QB, which i can live with.

its never too early to catch draft fever.
 
And these are all people the phins will never draft.

Stuff changes so much that it never works out this way.

Hell Orton was expected to be the top QB a year or 2 ago and look where he ended up.
 
we do have the iowa connection, and greenway is an animal ive heard. to bad iowa doesnt have a top flight qb prospect

sure, drew tate isnt top flight, but hes a winner, he is alot like flutie but i think he can be much better, i guess i just think theres something about him that makes me feel like hes gonna be good. i just love watchin this guy play:D i dont think drew is coming out for next year anyways.
 
Omar Jacobs, hmm. I'd take him but not that high just yet.

Lets wait for the season to play out.
 
I'd take ANYONE............................................. with pick #32.

That's the only thing I'm concerned about so far this year. :beerbang:
 
If New England got Ernie Sims, you might as well give them the Super Bowl title in 2007. Ernie is an absolute beast, the best linebacker in the NCAA bar none.:cry:

I think A.J. Hawk is the best college LB right now. and it pains me to say that because i hate Ohio State.
 
all these mocks are very speculative.

I think we'll be picking around 12 and can see us getting a guy like Charlie Whitehurst. He's a sound QB who's stock will soar with a good senior year.
