According to Sports Illustrated, Giants quarterback Eli Manning is one of the top 25 "least fun athletes to watch." That's an awful endorsement for the young Manning to say the least.

But, is Eli really that boring or is Sports Illustrated grasping for straws? They state that the boredom stems from his inaccuracy and "hangdog look" while on the bench. ...Right, because those are such valid reasons.

Obviously I'm a Giants fan and am openly biased, but Manning is far from boring. Perhaps SI missed the following games: 2004, week 17 against Dallas; 2005, week three against San Diego; 2005, week four against St. Louis; 2005, week seven against Denver and 2006, week two against Philadelphia.

Eli sucks. He sucked for whining about going to SD. :boohoo: He sucks because if his brother wasn't Peyton, there's no way he'd be the #1 pick. He sucks because that fact he's a cry baby gave SD insane amount of talent.:boohoo:

QB rankings of the class of 2004
Rivers - 90.5
Big Ben - 87.9
Losman - 77.4 (killed by a season under Mularkey )
Manning - 73.2

And the funny thing is that with the exclusion of Rivers, he's had the most offensive weapons to work with. He sucks. :ninja:

Every year I expect big thing of him. Maybe it was all the hype, maybe it is his last name, but mostly it is the guys around him. With wepos like he has, you'd think he would be able to get things done.

By the way, I think it is going to really hurt him even more this season without Tiki behind him

I don't know about one of the 25 most boring to watch, but I certainly don't find him to be real entertaining. Truth be told, I'd rather watch Fiedler when he was QBing the fins(and to show I don't mean that to be homerism, I'd rather watch Aaron Brooks when he was with the Saints too).

:yeahthat:

You said pretty much exactly everything I was thinking.
