Sadly in the Washington DC area i havent been able to watch a single dolphins game. I havent seen who's been playing well, and who hasnt been playing well. But im curious to know about our O-line...who on our O-line has been good? Lots of people tell me that Vernon Carey and Rex Hadnot have been our best linemen...and that Jeno James is the worst. Do u all agree?

Secondly...we have Joe Toledo and Anthony Alabi who are both Tackles...and lots of people want to draft Joe Thomas in the 1st round, but hes a Tackle...we also have D-Mac as Tackle...so i dont think drafting Joe Thomas is a good idea...probably drafting a top Guard is our best bet. Do u know any names of top guards in the NCAA?

L.J. Shelton played awful at left tackle, but has since improved somewhat since being moved to RG. Bennie Anderson was terrible. Jeno James has been fairly consistent - above average - for most of the season. McIntosh has looked pretty good since taking over at left tackle. Hadnot has been pretty consistent at center and will probably stay there assuming Shelton does OK at right guard. Carey has struggled at times at right tackle and certainly has not been up to the level he was playing at last year.

A lot of the sacks they allowed earlier in the year were because Culpepper held on the ball forever.

Hadnot is struggling since he switched to Center. The reason is unclear. It appears he's playing worse than Seth McKinney.

Jeno James has been playing on an injured knee all year; he is immobile, and has regressed. His high ranking seems to be because they never run through his hole. 5 carries for 26.5 yards.

i don't care who we have at tackle, if we can draft joe thomas, i'm all for it. toledo will likely play guard, anyway.

Yes, Toledo is a guard for us. And the only player who I would even want us to consider over Thomas is Calvin Johnson.

I would pass on Quinn and go straight for Joe Thomas no matter where we are drafting.

1. Joe Thomas, OT Wisconsin
2. Tarrell Brown, CB Texas
3. Quentin Graves, LB Auburn
4. Jamarcus Russell or Troy Smith (which ever is there)
5. BPA
6. Joey Harrington trade
7. BPA

obviously u pass on Brady Quinn...we have Daunte, Joey, and even Cleo makes a good backup. Id like to keep all 3 of them until we resolve our O-line issue, DB issue, WR issue. Honestly tho i do think our biggest problem lately is our DBs...if we have a top 5 pick, id rather see us take a DB. Altho with Daniels, Will Allen...2 decent corners, it might be a better idea to take a Safety. if we can somehow trade for another 1st rounder...like getting rid of our receivers who cant catch...id take an OG. 2nd round take a WR but we dont have a 2nd rounder...damn. . 3rd round take a CB.

In my opinion, it's time to pay the piper and draft a top flight o-lineman.

I think the Joey trade is gonna turn into a 5th rounder pretty soon.:(

Why don't we have a 2nd rounder? if you mean Culpepper, that was LAST year's 2nd rounder.

If we have the 1st pick think of all the qb hungry teams out their, what would we get for that pick. This team has many holes we need all the picks we can get this year and next.

Correct, if some team is willing to pony up the picks ala Mike Vick/Eli Manning I'd move down and take the chance to fill abunch of needs.
