But just keep thinking these are great hires. SMH
I know, right? I mean, even if the guy is rumored to be a long shot for a HC position, everyone’s obviously out of their heads. He’d obviously be a BAD HC. Amirite?
I wasn't on board with the OC hire but this indeed is a great hire. His track record speaks for himself.
Again, what is your specific problem with the hire, other than gase is familiar with him? Rather than complain and run away, actually add to the discussion.
Despite some of the (sometimes understandable) Pavlovian spittle-spewing responses, if we can land him, Studesville would seem like he'd be one of our better and more credible upgrades.
It is pretty sad the scepticism accompanied with literally no insight, if you have a poor opinion of a potential coach at least explain your reasoning.
Exactly! In this thread is a great article about this guy and his accomplishments and reputation, info that I had no clue about. A lot of it impressed me. But then there are posters that read it or did not even take the time to, and piss all over the possible hire. Then respond to it with baseless nonsense....then double down on their nonsense. Hard to fathom
seems like you should at least be familiar with the guy before you complain...
There is a big difference with an objective poster who calls out issues that are issues vs those that just hate any move that is made. This thread is a great example of it. The posters that are automatically negative about this potential move 1. don't even know who the guy is and the level of positional coach and what an upgrade he would be, 2. hate because the Dolphins did it or 3. are a troll and should quietly move on.
