Can you tell me what he said I can't pull the link up at work, thanks. Hope he had a good visit, would live to sign him.
 
Great interview. Didn't know his brother was a college scout for the Dolphins and the wife having lots of friends in South Florida and loving it down here is a plus for us. He said he'll be here all day, hope we impress him enough to make him cancel his other visits.
 
doesnt sound too good. He said priority #1 is the teams direction and the players they have. He said having alot of talented players is very important for him and you can have all the best schemes in the world from coaches but unless they have that PLAYER!!

Hence the term he used, "that Special PLAYER to take you over the top"..

obviously he was talking about the QB position in that part of the interview. And its blatantly obvious we have nothing that resembles a special player to take us anywhere.

Without Manning I'm afraid we have no chance with Winston .. he is probably only here today because he thought miami would sign manning today but its not looking good. Mannings wife said she doesnt want to live in miami year round, that its only okay to visit florida once in awhile

and I dont blame her, south florida totally sucks as a place to live as an adult raising a family. She's a smart woman.

He mentioned his brother was a scout for Miami and his wife has many friends here from his UM days.
Said all the right things and I hope we sign him soon.

You really read into what he said...and then made something up. The Texans have had good QB play from Schaub for a long time but never made the playoffs until this year when Wade Phillips became their DC. Who was the player that put them over the top in Houston? Jason Allen?
 
He'll be a Fin by the end of the day.
 
Another year the focal point is confed and in 5hrs our oline still blows!
 
Did it say if he met with them already or if they were meeting today?

What does that have to do with anything ? He was DRAFTED by the Texans and this is the first time he is an unrestricted free agent where he can freely go to a team on his terms

And Winston seems like a sharp guy, he knows Matt Moore isn't close to half the QB Schaub is

Obviously having a very good QB is very important to him. It's not rocket science if you listened

when is the last time the dolphins won a playoff game again ?? or had anything resembling a very good QB ??? Matt fukking Moore is our selling point to free agents

greyboy is very credible. I would listen to him alot and bank on what he says....henceforth. move the team to Orlando. Go to Disney baby!!!

Don't be shocked if we still take a RT even if we sign Winston, our logic would be that it's great to take Reiff, a RT and move him to G, at #8.
