The way this year has gone with all the ups and downs it seems like this teams unfortunate destiny to have the end go the same way. I would not be shocked at all if we win out, if we had not fumbled 2 or missed that fg we win 24-10 I believe. We played a great game and dominated it for the most part. That being said, I dont see another loss for the ravens or pats. It would be the most fitting end to the most up and down season I can remember, 10-6 but missing the playoffs. The season would be one of the best accomplishments in the last decade for the Fins IMO, yes better than last year even because of the adversity and MAJOR injuries: Starting QB, RB, NT, TE, CB and Oline. So although it would be great, we would miss the playoffs. We will see what transpires, and all we can do is play our game and take care of what we control, but whatever happens this team is a team we all can be proud of and they truley do ooze the mental toughness sparano has been blasting since he got here. We (playoffs or not) have proven the critics wrong from the beginning of the season and even with our tough schedual, our failures, our injuries...we have proven ourselves a legitmate team for years to come. That being said lets go 10-6, and let the chips fall where they may.

I think the ravens might win out if they get by the Steelers, but the Pats won't. They seem to be falling apart with internal problems right now. Players are questioning Bill's motivational tactics and airing dirty laundry. Moss is back to his lazy BS ways like he did in Oakland. Brady is distracted with injury's, players "giving up on plays", and a new baby. Not to mention they are feeling the heat from us and the Jets. I think they will fall to the Jag's this week and we will be in the Playoff's as long as we beat the Titans. I think their dynasty is over.

The Patriots don't play the Jags this week. They have the Bills on the road.

You're right, this season has been quite the rollercoaster ride with mostly all the games being darn close. All the home games have been sold out and the Dolphins organization is putting a pretty damn good team on the field. We are headed in the right direction and I can't wait till next year that we whoop some ***.

We better get it done next year because the Pats have a #1 and 3 -#2's next year then 2-#1's and a #2 in 2011. That's a lot of young talent to deal with the way the Parts draft.

Exactly. after the 1-15 season i would never expect to go to playoffs let alone 11-5 record and this year i thought the best we will do is 8-8 and after all the failures and injuries i believed that to be more true. I would be alright if we go 8-8, i feel even better if we go 8-8 with Tennessee being a win for us (sense i am going and i have let to see the dolphins win live), and would feel so damn proud if we win out going 10-6 playoffs or not.

I don't know much about much but I can see something special in Chad Henne. This kid just gets it. We need more weapons around him but this kid is going to end the Post-Marino Quarterback for this franchise for at least a decade

I think people misunderstand this concept. I mean we live in a society that looks at things in either black or white.

When I wear my Ricky Williams jersey (on game day) from the season RIGHT BEFORE he randomly retired we lose! That jersey has bad karma, and I keep that in the closet on game day. Say thanks to me for saving that one for a random day in the week and wearing either Marino or JT on game day! :thanks:

Really I thought positively during the Wanstedt era, the saban era, the cam era.....and it didnt really help the outcome. So maybe I am doing something wrong, care to enlighten me?

Me being positive or negative is a mute point bc this post was saying lets finish strong but either way we have proven people wrong and improved tremendously going forward. Whatever transpires we can hold our heads high. This is the NFL and not everyone is a winning each year, Esp when we have overcame all that we have this year.

I am confident we can win each game here out, does that mean we will play to our potential and win them...No its the NFL. Does my confidence mean the Ravens or pats are going to catch wind of my arrogance and lose due to fright?..No...The Pats and Ravens are good teams and also have fans that are confident. Your post was a dumb one, and if you are going to comment on people being negative make sure you take the time to read the post fully to make sure they are indeed negative. I said if we miss the playoffs we have alot to be proud of and we are a good team and proven people wrong....if we finish 10-6 sparano will be labeled as a top 5 coach in the NFL from what he has done. I put a positive spin on a potential negative situation we face....
