Hopefully, the light will come on for Esara. One of the scouting reports I read on him said he only plays hard about 10% of the time and may not possess the work ethic to play in the NFL.
 
This bio doesn't look that bad; especially for an undrafted guy. We've drafted 3rd round linemen in the past where the bio reads... arms are too short... too slow... will never succeed in the nfl. This bio doesn't say that. In addition, we got him for free. In addition, he brings some leadership qualities (leader of the offensive line and the team haka).

Esara needs to gain some wieght, but he does have some pretty good hieght (Almost 6'5), he needs to actually add at least another 10-15 pounds to survive at tackle, he may also be moved to guard.
