That's funny how ESPN tries to spin this as if it were Manning that decided Miami isn't a good situation. Um, we've barely shown interest at all, so if anything Manning isn't high on Miami's list.

The Jets, Redskins, Seahawks, and at least six other teams couldn't get him to walk into their door either. This isn't about Ireland or Ross, Manning is calling the shots on this one.

In absolute fairness, those teams are jokes. The Jets are probably the biggest fiasco in the NFL right now, the Seahawks blow and Pete Carroll is a doofus, and the Redskins, I don't think I even need to say anything.

there's more to a system than just one player.also there's a lot of players in the league that used to be great , that can't cut it no more.moss , tomlinson , ect. ring a bell . by the way , i don't want moore either .

I thought the same thing, but if Flynn was truly our choice, wouldn't we just float to the Manning camp we weren't interested and we would have been eliminated long before now. But that's not the case, so what does that say about Flynn?

When one of the top QB of all time hits free agency and you don't have a franchise guy, you've got to at least kick the tires and see if he is healthy and willing to play for cheap.
