ESPN First Take today...

1st and 10 segment is on right now and I think the Dolphins story will follow it. So turn it on now.

Sorry all. I didn't think it would take this long when they opened the show with us. ESPN is so good at giving you the hook early in the show and then keeping you around to see what you want. I know I didn't make it up though. It will be on. I just hope it is not some quick little segment now that we have waited this long.

Also, if I have to watch Dana jump while playing the Wii again I may have to count on you all to fill me in on the Dolphins segment while I spend my afternoon in the bathroom driving the porcelain bus!
 
It was just about worthless. Dana asked him who our starting 5 would be in a 5 on 5 basketball game and whether we would beat the Jets at hoops. Lame!
 
wow Dana "The Shemale" Jacobs is worthless that show is worthless. Thats why i quit watching first take. it consists of dumb interviews and Skip Bayless bitching and moaning the entire show.
 
If you are out west don't get caught in this trap. This is not worth watching!

They start the show by raising the Favre/Pennington question and say they will go into the Dolphins locker room and talk to one of the leaders of "project turnaround". Sounds good but turns out like everything from this show... lame!

She looks like a horse if anything else. Everytime I watch her, I feel like sticking a carrot in front of my TV screen.
