ESPN Gameplan

Just seen this advertised on the ESPN College Football site.

Seems that they will show 150 games live over the net this season for $99.

Couple of questions for you college ball experts.

1 - Is this decent value in your opinion ?

2 - Is the college game as good as the pro game ?

Im a college game n00b so dunno whether to go with this as i dont know if i will really get into it.

Convince me it is a worthwhile investment :D

if you like to gamble on the kids, ESPN gameplan is great. Games start at noon eastern and they give you a ton of games with the final game maybe starting at 10pm (the west coast things)

Actually, some of the games start at 11:00 P.M. or even 12-12:30, when Hawaii plays when they're home. I don't know what the adjustment is for Glasgow, but they literally have about 15 hours straight of college football. Every channel you turn on here has another game. It's great.

looks like they start at about 5pm my time right through the night

Almost certain to get this now , means i can sit and get drunk on sat and sun while watching football :D

I'm considering buying this aswell. But living overseas I'll have to settle for the "over the net version" of their offer. Anyone have experience with this? I'm thinking quality specifically (I don't want to have to watch it ant size).

Please share!

You bet your ***. I had it for a couple years when I lived out in AZ. Roughly 2000 miles away from Ohio. I had to have my Buckeyes, and I got my Buckeyes, with the Gameplan. It is a pretty good package. I'm surprised it has only went up about 25$ since then. That was back in 2000 and 2001. I believe it is a very good value.
