Well ESPn and their "ALL MIGHTY EXPERTS" just did the field pass for our game. Pretty solid Injury report we have nothing to report. Fantasy difference maker is Ricky well DUH. and the key matchup is the jets front 7 v our O-line i agree if we want to own TOP we will need to stop their front 7.

BUT

Mike Golic come on screen clearly has drank the farve koolaid and says THIS GAME WONT BE CLOSE. Ricky is the best player on Miami they dont have anything to stop Farve. 24-10 jets BULLS***

MY GOD CAN THIS GUY GET OVER THE FACT SHULA CUT HIM. Pretty much everyone is saying this is a close one my god Golic lose a few more pounds do some more commercials and leave the NFL to people who understand the game. In fact leave it to someone who cant bench press their SAT score LIKE YOU CAN.


and i will be the first to admit that i was wrong if we do get beat like that i just needed to rant

Mike Golic never picks the Dolphins so yeah, this isn't new. Hell, if he betted on games last season, we might have made him rich.

Honestly I could care less. It's an opinion and we deserve the crap we get, I don't agree with it, but based on our 07 record this is what we get. Hopefully we'll prove them wrong and we can forget about the 07 season. I would rather be a 1-15 team then be accused and found guilty of cheating so badly that they take away a first round draft pick and taint all the success we had in the last 7 years. It's one bad season where everything had to line up just right to happen. Forget about it, lets move on and focus on the progress of this new Dolphin team.
 
Yeah, I saw it. The idiot didnt even give any facts. All he said was that it wasnt going to be close, and the Jets were going to win easily 24-10.

I found it pretty funny when some guy said Tebow was going to throw for 4 TD and run for 2 more. What an idiot

So Golic has a grudge against the Dolphins for life and to pay them back, he chooses them to lose every game? And then you tell the guy to lose a few more pounds?

Wow, some of the members on this site really do their best to embarrass the rest of us here. Good work

And if he chose the Phins to win, tell me how that translates to him knowing what he's talking about. Could it be b/c he's picking the team you happen to root for?
 
I think our line is ready, they went against a Jags line that is one of the best, they also went against the Bucs line who are known to be pretty good. I think If they are able to get Ricky going early we should be just fine. Control the clock and pressure the Dinosaur.

I think we have a good line this year, reminds me of when we had Carter, Holliday, Traylor, Bowen Zgonina and Roth a few yeas back. If they are able to play like they did in the preseason we should be alright come Sunday. Look at what the Giants D-line did today, they were the MVP of the game.
 
I can't wait until Miami beats the Jets. I just want to see the New York headlines and hear the Jets fans calling out Brett. And, no I am not speaking too soon. The Dolphins can win every game this season, and I am going into Hooters every Sunday set on the Dolphins winning that game. Something special here, I can feel it.
 
Why does everyone get so crazy over predictions? is it going to make any difference on Sunday? if he picked Miami 24-10 would you have complianed that all the other writers expect a close game?

heres a bit of a bump yo.
 
People should take into account that Favre never did anything with his current group of recievers, is brand new to the Jets offense and didn't do hardly anything regarding staying in shape this offseason. This isn't the "comfortable" Green Bay offense that he could direct in his sleep. I think we'll see rust, indecision and mistakes by Brett. Brett will be responsible for 3 turnovers and I predict that will be the difference in the game. Finally, in the 4th quarter Brett will be gasping for oxygen in the stifling heat and humidity. He also will be getting cramps and the Jets coaching staff will remove him from the game with most of the fourth quarter still to be played. With Brett on the bench R&R take over to totally punish the Jets defense by pounding the football down their throats. That's how I see the game playing out. Dolphins 30, Jets 13. A jolly good start to the new season!!!!
