I get so tired of all this "No. 1 receiver" talk.
Did the Titans, Ravens or Eagles have a No. 1 receiver last year? It didn't keep those teams from being among the NFL's elite.
We have good receivers, not great one's, that I'll admit. But how many great receivers are there in the NFL these days? Maybe a handful of game changers. Just because you don't have one, doesn't mean you can't still be a great team.
Should we supplement our receiving core this offseason, absolutely. But all of this talk of No. 1 receiver is a bit overrated to me.

Something you'll never hear come out of Donovan McNabbs mouth! Go Chad! Thanks for the article... my favorite quote:
Pennington indicated he doesn't much care whether the Dolphins upgrade the receiving corps. He expects to win no matter who's on the field with him.
"You have to have that mentality as a quarterback, or you're going to paralyze yourself and not be as successful as you want to be," Pennington said. "To me, that is a huge component to being a quarterback, taking the talent you have around you and getting the best out of those other 10 guys.
"That's my responsibility as a quarterback, and that's part of being a leader and part of the guy who's the signal caller, to push your teammates and get the best out of them and really get them to overachieve regardless of what their abilities are. That's a true quarterback."
Good point. Parcell's SB winning Giants team had Stephen Baker, Mark Ingram and Phil Maconkey(?) with Bavaro at TE.
Not exactly air coryell.
Dominant O-line and physical running backs to wear down a defense with a tough defense are how you win championships.
