Casually watching the 7:30PM broadcast, they said Branch is seeking legal grievances if the Pats don't meet his demands. They closed with saying he could sit out the first 10 games.

What ever. He knows by doing this, his stock will drop next season especially since he won't show much this coming season, probably won't be in football shape as well, thus making the Patriots offer earlier in the offseason look pretty damn generous. I doubt the Patriots would even use him in Week 10, Branch will likely hurt them.

isnt this the last year of his contract? wouldnt it be smart to just play the season, that way he would get a lot more next year in free agency, by holding out his value will drop n he wont get close to what he wants
