Found this on Henne and Beck:

3. Miami Dolphins

Contenders: John Beck vs. Chad Henne
Situation: That Miami passed on Matt Ryan with the top pick in the draft shows the Dolphins have some degree of confidence in Beck. But Beck was a pick of the old regime. Henne is the choice of new regime led by Bill Parcells, Miami's vice president of football operations. That should be enough to get Henne a fair chance to win the job in training camp.

Picks: Chadiha, Henne; Clayton, Beck; Mosley, Henne; Sando, Henne; Walker, Henne; Williamson, Henne; Yasinskas, Henne.

Interesting part is the expert picks at the bottom. The article is focused on how Anderson is a ProBowler, but he is still booed in favor of Quinn.

And we thought we were bad.

i dont think they drafted henne to be the face of the franchise.. i think they did to add a contender for the starting qb position.. they just want depth to make sure the best man wins.. im not even counting out mccown at this point...

If fan's in Cleveland are really calling for Brady Quinn then I'm sorry but they're a bunch of idiots. At this point it should be pretty unanimous that Anderson is your guy until he loses the job.

It should be interesting to see what happens, but I have a feeling that Henne will be the starter in Miami by next year!

haha yeah man i go to school in ohio and it seems like everyone wants quinn.. doesnt really make sense after what anderson did for them last year.. and its not like anderson is old.. he could be the face of that franchise for many years

Would love to have Cleveland's dilemma althought who knows we may have a similar dilemma.

The funny thing is, [along with Mort and Jaws], Clayton is the only ESPN analyst that has any knowledge about what is going on in the NFL...And he was the only one who picked Beck

Well everyone's favorite girlfriend reporter Schefter says we will go with Henne but of course now he has no credibility with the pro beck crowd lol.
Litmus test for football knowledge nowm you must like Beck better than Henne. We should fire Parcells and Ireland now lol.

Shefter is normally the man... Im pro Beck, but I also take much credence in what Shefter says... We all know who the good analysts are and who the bad ones are...

Actually, Im pro whoever wins in TC

I do think way too many will make too much out of training camp.
If McCown wins people will discredit Beck
If Beck wins people will say Beck will be a stud and drafting Henne was a waste
If Henne wins then of course many will proclaim Beck a bust

Im not sure this battle will be over in training camp. I do admit I think Henne is our future starter maybe even this year but do realize no pick is cant miss. Hell maybe McCown wins the job and becomes a probowler while Beck and Henne combined do nothing. Even the most critical fan can admit this is the best they have felt about the qb position since Marino got the shaft. I hope all three qb's do well and have always felt that Beck would make a very good NFL backup. Don Strock was not a scrub and he served us well for a long time. Now I could be wrong and the roles are reversed, the truth is I want to win and have a good future so I never hope for any player to fail its just an opinion.

I'm beginning to think QB isn't a priority for BP this year. As the team develops, what is needed right now is smart QB play, accurate passes, and no turnovers, aka "The Caretaker" QB. The door is open for all three guys right now... it's a great opportunity for each of them. As the team improves, if none of these guys has really distinguished himself over the other two, BP will go QB shopping.
