Scouts Inc is showing Drew Stanton from Michigan State as the number three rated QB in the draft. Is he, or is he not returning to MSU next year? And if he isn't, what is his standing amongst the draftniks on the board?

I believe that is just their overall rankings without knowing who is and isn't in the draft. I think they are just ranking seniors and juniors.
