This drives me CRAZY that there is no accountability for FALSE reports that impacts other people.Where is Alex Marvez who ironically posted his article in the middle of the Fins game Thursday night. I normally like Schefter but it seems that he has something against Incognito with reporting the bar fight earlier which he had WRONG again. I struggle enough with our beat writers (other than Barry Jackson) but just be FAIR & don't make your AGENDA so obvious.

"We have an obligation to protect and support all of our members," the NFLPA's statement first obtained by NFL.com said. "We take official investigations very seriously and in this case, we have not launched an investigation into Richie Incognito or other players in Miami.

Which re-traction story? The one about him at the club, the one excusing Antonio Smith for swinging a helmet at Incognito's head because Richie is dirty or the bullying story?

Mort. couldnt wait to jump on it during NFL live also. Everyone falling over themself to get the story out. Who cares if accurate. Yesterday it was reported that John Fox had a heart attack. Well thankfully that was incorrect. Unfortuntely the Dolphins are still left some type of a problem with Martin that hopefully can get worked out.

Mort and Schefter are both gutless cowards. Mort was spewing venom towards the Dolphins on Friday midday on one of the espn shows. Jumped the gun and don't stand behind it.

Espn sucks and had since about 1993. Off topic I wish they would get rid of that attention whore Chris berman

Schefter has been total and complete crap since he joined BSPN. He was credible while at NFLN but as soon as he joined ESPN, he joined the ranks of the other crap ANALysts over there and his reporting has taken an extreme hit.

Aside from being a douchebag hanging on through the downward arc of his career, Mort's a butthole buddy of Parcells, was the toady he used to "leak" self-serving "it wasn't me" type BS to insulate his franchise-rebuilding "legacy" and as such, has an agenda to make the post-Tuna-run Fins look as bad as possible by comparison

Richie is tearing up Adam and ESPN on twitter right now

ESPN will work on the retraction as soon as they finish up work on the lawn mower racing special

All they are concerned with his seeing there name next to first reported by. They could care less about the truth.

This is standard operating procedure for The Global Motion Picture Stage Show.

In case people haven't noticed yet, "they" make **** up all the time!

Real journalism is as ancient as manual typewriters.

Lies rule this age of instant information with the common man looked at as merely a starved zombified consumer which lacks the foresight to detect the deception and will always eat up a story, spit it out before it can be digested, then move on to the next one.

An informed public would put these outlets out of business, however the masses care more about the latest version of the iphone over the cold unadulterated truth and unfortunately these people rule the day.
