I don't have all of the details, but last night they wouldn't show the close up replay of the Allan Ray injury cause they said his "eyeball was poked out of his head".

This morning the newspapers are reporting that Allan Ray was released from the hospital at midnight, with his vision, and only needs to take some eye drops to fix the injury.

Something is fishy. How could a "news" network be sooooooooo wrong on something like this! Way to scare the heck out of the kids family and friends by reporting wrong info on a topic like this.

Dude, I hadn't heard about this.

Eye poking out of head is absolutely gruesome.

Im still confused on this story. I now heraing that I guess his eyeball didn't pop totally out of his head but it was out on some level, but somehow they got it back in and he is doing good enough to where he may play next week and his vision is "good".

You can poke your eye out to vary degrees and put it back in and have everything work right, if you didn't severe and of the important connections. It may have popped out quickly and he lost vision briefly.. Still can't be a fun thing to have happen, but I hear he will be ready by Thurs..
