If it was the Fiedler two pick game in OT, the title of the thread is misleading. That was the 40-37 loss in 2000, after blowing the 30-7 lead. The title of this thread made me think they were replaying last year's Monday Night massacre in New York.

me too... arnold schwartsnegger jinxed us that game.. I remember he was in the booth for a while when we were killing them and said that the game wasnt over till the fat lady sings... once he left the booth after saying that.. the unthinkable began to take place....

Man does that game bring back some bad memories. I remember watching that game with my brother who is a Jets fan. I was having a great time through the first three quarters, and then it started to happen.:cry: I still have nightmares of Jumbo Elliott catching a touchdown towards the end of the game. I will never forget the look on his face as he watched the replay on the big screen.

i had school the next day and right before the 4th quarter started i said "ah forget it, this game's over." fantastic oh well, at least the jets sucked that year and didn't make the playoffs and al groh got fired over it

i'm starting to think i'm bad luck for the dolphins. afterall, i was born just an hour before super bowl XIX's kickoff...
