imo if this happens you can kiss this regime *** goodbye because we will be the laughing stock of the nfl, if you think the raiders was bad all these years you havent seen anything. we better fire ireland right along with sparano.or we are done..period.

imo you want ireland? the you can kiss a big name coach goodbye and this regime is done for atleast another 10-15 years (raiders)

I dont really want Irleand but we have had worse GM's . I would prefer Phil savage or Laconstra. I have already said bring in Mart Shott to evaluate this whole orgnaization along with Peterson and make the hard decisions

If Ross goes after a big name coach, he'll do whatever said coach wants to do. It probably means Ireland is gone.
My opinion is that Sparano and Ireland should be tied together. One goes, they both should go.

imo look bro how many BIG NAME COACHES have come to a new team without bringing there OWN GMs and OC & DC ? none, and if we get Cowher, Fisher or Gruden there going to bring there OWN ,SO if we keep ireland we might as well keep sparano to, because nobody esp BIG Name Guys isnt going to come here without doing it there own way and i cant blame them if i was coach theres noway i would let a organ. bring in who they want as GM i want my own man and im sure the other 3 coaches cowher, gruden, and fisher is going to be that way so imo if ireland stays lets just keep sparano to and if we dont get a guy that has been there and done that imo we have a better chance that way because i have suffered enough watching this team fail,so imo we need one of three to get the fans bk in there seats and a winning team on the field for the next 10 years.

I don't know but there is something "shady" about Ireland. I get the feeling that behind the scenes he is trying to save his *** at all cost. THat includes throwing anyone and everyone under the bus. Not sure if that is fact....just get that feeling from him.
He seems like a weasel. Eddie Haskell all grown up comes to mind.

still like CK's idea of ball in Green Bay. Good model to follow. GB has drafted very well.
got to have a guy running business side. coaches coach. managers manage. its not proven much that coaches can do both.

Ireland has done some nice things once he got from under parsells. I dont believe Ireland has been bad, Its just that he is so tied to parsells and Sparano. Got to cut out the entire cancer, not just partial. GM and HC go together and HC and QB tied together.
IMO, If you want to be great, Ross needs to find his GM and go with a guy who is newer who is fully competent and respected throughout league who has firmly established themselves as a football guru in how to build a champion. Then the GM and Ross hire the HC knowing the philosphy is agreed upon and they all go into draft on same page. GM starts rebuilding his roster and coach gets the O and D sets with his coaches, not the leftovers from this regime.
People still want Nolan? What has Nolan doen here that showed improvement? We still got toasted vs. NE. The entire house will be cleaned or this stuff will happen again.
