I read this and inhaled coffee. Thanks a lot.

Not trying to be a smart-*** here, but I really think you should self-edit before posting. That was a stream of consciousness that made no sense.I am excited by the JP hire - albeit I can forgive Fish for not winning it all in TN - only one team walks away with the trophy each year - it is a hard feat - but it looked to me that like Fish was more interested in holding his job than conviction when he signed another long term contract. Fish does need to watch himself STL he didn't start off the blocks that well it wasn't exactly seamless... I'll add that the ensuing division that Nepotism brings is completely is nasty when the results are there let alone when the results aren't there - I wouldn't hire my kid I know that - You are only asking for trouble and a lot of back biting. I work in an org that's founder hired its family over and over gain and it brings division. Someone who wants to build off their relatives foundation is either immune to constant criticism or simply takes the expedient way to their goal - when it ends up crashing it crashes big because the quick explanation is "well you were hired because you were family many people were more qualified" It all goes sideways oh so quick - hopefully the Dolphins have done the risk assessment ahead if time
