It seems like it’s unrepairable. And we have a history of throwing $ at problems and hoping they go away. We need to get what we can, offload the contract and focus on developing the young talent. If we could add 1 seasoned vet it would obviously help. When it gets bad between a team and a diva player, it never gets any better unless the team is unbeaten and the player is getting lots of face time.
Neither is going to happen here, and Ramsey already has the reputation of a player that the rest of the team has to walk on eggshells around. It's over.
A year long holdout would work for me.It could get ugly, and come down to a holdout. It seems fairly evident that the team will wait until 6/1 to deal him, but are they really going to trade a highly-skilled CB for next to nothing AND eat half his contract in 2025? I wonder.
If the best offer Miami gets is a late round pick swap and they turn it down, this could turn into a “Will Jalen Ramsey walk away from $20+ million” conversation.

Problem is, Ramsey wouldn't do that. He would collect his money while making it miserable for everyone else.
That's just it, though. As long as he plays corner at the level he has the last couple years, it’s probably worth it.
That's just it, though.
Would he? He has pretty much established throughout his career that if he doesn't get his way he acts like a cry baby.
I’d suspend him for conduct detrimental to the team and laugh when he doesn’t get paid for a year. These guys act tough until that guaranteed money isn’t rolling in.That's just it, though.
