Was just thinking about the series of events, and we can all agree Tannehill has been one fearless SoB. It's actually one of his best qualities. He stands in the face of a rush as good as anyone in the league and he will take a hit to deliver the ball.

Now to the point ... What if that all changes?? What if he no longer trusts his body to take a hit, or is gun-shy on anything being at his feet. It's normal and would be completely understandable but that would take one of his greatest attributes out of his game.

What if his fearlessness takes a hit as well. I'm bummed out man, feel sick for him.

Can we just ****ing wait to get his MRI results? Not for nothing, but I'm pissed off too and I'm getting sick of these panic 'what if' threads.

You're thinking too much brother. He's going to be fine and I think we will be fine with Moore for the rest of year. However, I also feel bad for the guy. He's a warrior

I don't think he'll change. That toughness is built in. It's instinctual at this point. A random low knee hit won't change that.

I made a thread with the exact same topic! Knew I wasn't the only one thinking this. You said it well.

Coming back from an ACL today is far easier than it was back when it was THE career-ending injury. Now it's almost routine, it just takes 6-8 months and shouldn't be rushed. The mental is definitely the hardest part ... but I doubt he'll be skittish or shell-shocked. He's a tough Texan.

Honestly, I expect him to come back with a chip on his shoulder and a greater sense of urgency. Next year is going to be a good year, I can feel it.

RT will be back and better than ever. The team around him will be better.
The decision makers must give him protection.
The days of RT taking exvessive hits should be over.

All I can say is maybe he'll run and move around in the pocket alot more as a result. Moore moved around on pretty much all his plays. That's not a shot at Tannehill, just saying he has running ability, so he should become a dual threat if possible.

You clearly have not been paying that much attention this year have you?
