Man did we make Canton OUR house. Being there was awsome with all of the Miami fans. When its asked who is the greatest QB of all time I think we took care of that debate for good, LOUD and CLEAR!! We made history, no one in NFL history EVER has had a more lopsided fan frenzied induction ceremony..EVER!!!..I guess a Super Bowl ring isn't as important as one has thought in the past to get respect!! just look at the turnout.
Steve Young said after the Super Bowl in the locker room that no one can ever, ever take this away..EVER.The NFL and the rest of the non Miami fans should take note..Well Dan you dont have a Super Bowl ring and I'm sorry that you don't, but no one has ever had an induction ceremony with more love and respect from their fans than you did...and remember that no one can ever, ever take this away from you..EVER!!!!!
Simply the best..Period..:)

here here god bless danny boy i will miss him forever i love you dan marino!!!!!dolfans that went to canton be proud i know i am.

Thanks..I wish You could of been there but then again I think (ALL) of you were if you know what I mean..Heart and soul.. and I know by his reactions to all of us being there that the message was recieved from all of his fans worldwide..We think he is #1 with a ring or without.

Jim Kelly had loads of fans when he went in, probably more... Canton is only like 3 hours from Buffalo...

But its understandable that lots of Fin Fans are there.... Aside from San Fran... how many Fritz Pollard diehards are still around?

I am not trying to compete with you on this but they said over the loud speaker at the Hall that it was the biggest croud ever for an enshrinement
ceremony....Marino also has alot of fans that live between 3 and 7 hours away from the hall,(Pittsburgh,Buffalo,Rochester,New Jersey.. etc) I am one of them and I wasn't alone..To all the Bills fans that come here and post on Fin-Heaven It really seemed to shake Marino up when he talked about Hunter..Sorry to the Kelly family.

I'm not either... I forgot about Dans pittsburgh connections....

Yeah, it was cool of Dan and Steve to take time on, arguably, there biggest personal achievement of there careers to mention Jk's kid.

Great ceremony, the throw was so bad-azz. That was a really cool idea..."you know what happens when i lick my fingers" that had to give you goosebumps as a fin fan.,

Man that was awsome..Goose bumps..More like Monkey Bubbles.. I was saying to myself no way.. Kind of a one last time for the record moment in front of his fans..really cool,,makes you feel special..

We have four kids and I cant imagine what the Kelly's are going through,,But then again I think Kelly was the toughest Qb to ever play without a doubt. He will bounce back he's strong..He always said that hunter was here for a purpose..Yes Jim yes he was.

I went to the induction. It was crazy..Dolphins jerseys everywhere. It was awesome seeing Marino pass to Clayton, it was kick a**..even though I really hate the fins..i have much respect for Marino

Wasn't Elways pretty big? I forgot who went in with him.

Yes but not as big as Marino's..he set the record for Hall Enshrinement attendance and number of team fans..Again goes without saying.

Elways class was 2004

Bob Brown
Carl Eller
John Elway
Barry Sanders

Funny, because when they panned the audience I saw much more red then aqua.

Ask anyone that was there and I was ,are you sure it wasn't orange shirts you saw??? ..It was hard to find any jerseys but Marino's no lie..I was there from 5:00am until after the ceremony..A sea of Orange Aqua and white as far as you could see..Better than a home game.

It may have been orange, but it's a dark orange that next to red can be mistaken because the red or orange was pretty dominant when they would pan.

Yeh those orange shirts were the ones that said "I was there" with the number 13 on the front with Marino's challenge for dolfans to overrun canton with Dolphin fans on the back...looks like he got his wish big time..I just wish all of you guys and gals could of been there. It would of blown you're mind at the amount of our fans that was there..unbelievable.
