Every Marino TD pass form 1984!

Shouldn't the one at 8:20 be considered a fumble recovery as opposed to a touchdown pass?

His release is phenomenal. He throws 60 yard passes like they are nothing. It's depressing that it's been 12 years and we're still waiting for his replacement. That's a pretty good majority of my life being 19 soon.

He was a player before his time. I think if he played today, he would throw for 80,000 yards in a career. Maybe more. People talk about the great season Aaron Rodgers had, or what Brady did a few years ago, but Marino in 1984 had the greatest season by a quarterback of all time. I don't think it's even remotely close. He just shattered every record that year.

Never really noticed before, but Marino almost never stepped into his throws. They are almost all off his back foot or flat footed; That's arm strength.

Look at the pass around 5:16. My god Danny had a rocket! I honestly don't see any starting QB in the game today that throws a dart like that, except maybe Cutler.

It was a beautiful thing to watch. I was a high school senior in 1984, and it just seems like yesterday. Marino spotted his receiver quicker than anyone else and the ball was gone in a blink of an eye. If he played under today's rules he would be putting up 6500 yards a season. Dan's the best ever!!!

Marinos last win. Nice thing about this clip is you get a nice dose of the great Jim Mandich

Yeah, and considering it's all from the arm his touch and accuracy were unnatural. He was such a one-off, the idea of us hitting on another is so unlikely it's depressing. Something halfway there would be good.
