They pulled James Hardy's body out from the Maumee river, like 15-20 miles from where I'm at. (He went to high school there). But pretty crazy stuff.... poor guy..
Supposedly (rumor)- he owed some people money and maybe this was related? This is third (I believe) body from that river in the last few months. Could be it be like a gang dumping ground? Serial killer? Freak accident is probable imo
