He went to the Pro Bowl a few years ago and had the lowest interception percentage in the league. A few years marred with injuries and dog trippings does not make his whole career a bust as he's young and talented.

He has to chake the question marks brought on over the last two years. If he can stay healthy, not be a cancer, and show some leadership skills, he can then be labeled a big name. Right now, he is on the down side. I really think the fall of Brian Griese is Shanahan's fault totally. He does not handle QB's very well. See Elway in the first years with Shan. Shanahan is an asshole, he leaves his QB's out to dry.

I don't think the Probowl invite is a good measuring stick of Griese's talent. Gus Frerotte was also invited to the Probowl once. Thats said, I agree that Griese's downfall was a result of Shanahan. Perhaps the change of scenery will make him realize hhis talent......
