No, I want a healthy QB with the drive to win.

Right now I want Joey in there, but hope we see Daunte again before the end of the season. We need to see if he'll be the real deal so we know whether to draft a QB this year while we have a high draft choice. Assuming Saban doesn't screw that up by winning a bunch of games (but not enough to get in the playoffs).

i so wish daunte could be healthy and in there right now with the line performing better... would love to see what he could do

We're winning 8 straight bud, get use to it. Incase we don't though, I'd like to see how far along Daunte has come. Eitherway, even if we draft a QB (Brady Quinn), I see Daunte getting his opportunity next year for a healthy start.

As a Jet fan I was very excited to watch him play for you guys and I hope he comes back soon.:D

Boy do I ever love a good comedy:sidelol: :goof:

I seriously doubt you will see Dante play again this year, maybe next year he will be back if he recovers both physically and mentally. Being knocked down by injury and coming back to soon and taking a beating like he did, had to take a toll on him.

Be careful what you wish for.

I was ecstatic when you traded for him knowing he was just a #s guy when he was healthy and now he just plain stinks. Even if he comes back 100% healthy I ill never be worried about a Daunte Culpepper led team.

whats so nice and excitinf watching a washed up, bum legged has been
laying flat on his back every other play? that excites you?

he was throwing REAL int's, not bounsers and wasnt throwing td's.

why? so you can all pretend that duante is the guy from 3 years
ago?

"pretty passes"? you mean those ones that were constantly behind
wr's or in the dirt? joeys arm is MUCH more lively. duante just doesnt
have it anymore. it happens, qb's as well as all other players game
just runs out at some point and duante is OVER!!!!

KUECH IS RIGHT!!

Got this off of Mort's Chat..

Since it is a chat I don't have to worry about copy rights.

Joe, Norfolk, Va: Mort - what is the word on the Dolphins QB situation, this year and long term? Thanks

Chris Mortensen: (11:35 AM ET ) I don't know. I think they aren't sold on Culpepper or Harrington. They do like the young guy, Cleo Lemon.

Interesting, if the coaches aren't sold on him.

Even when DC was struggling I was always expecting that next play to be huge

Even when Joey is playing good....I always expect the next play to kill our chances
