We have talent and that's no question, however our execution is horrid. We have linemen that can't block anybody and running backs that don't fit the scheme. Lamar Miller is a decent back however we need a back that can run through arm tackles. It's been countless times where Lamar Miller gets knocked off of his feet by a cornerback. We need a bruiser that nobody wants to tackle. Adrian Peterson ring a bell, his contract is up this year as well. I think MS needs to change his philisophy slightly. Get away from the shotgun and use conventional formations.

Speaking of his team's execution, Coach John McKay replied..."I'm in favor of it..."

When I saw the thread title I thought the same thing and was about to post it when I saw your post.

You say we have talent then you say we have lineman and running backs with no talent.

This team is stacked. We have such talent on the oline we set another dolphin record

Guys, it starts with the QB, Ronnie Brown is better than the backs we have. We should have kept Fassano and Reggie Bush.

If your QB gets beat by Thad Lewis and now Geno Smith, in games that will define your career and take you to that next level, how can we expect our team to execute plays, when our QB makes the same mistakes.

well to be fair if u call it that way he beat Tom Brady, Andrew Luck, Andy Dalton, Ben rotlisberger, Matt Ryan and Joe flacco

But what you look for is improvement, and he's to inconsistent.

Case in point if Tanny-Hill hits Matthews on that crossing pattern underneath and hits Mike Wallace, who was open, we probably win game.

Problem is he does this in nearly all of his games.

I don't think he's that good, now the QB's you mention got in.

Tanny-Hill is not the future.

Tannehill improved not sure how somebody does not see that.

He had 12 tds as a rookie 24 his second year
His intereceptions did go up by 4 but td to int ratio was in positive
His completion percentage rose to 60 percent and he ran the ball better.
The big issue was the oline regressed horribly but he was still solid for a second year qb.
The last wek was brutal but this happens with young qb's.

Anyone watch flaccid against the Bengals? 1 pick6 and one that was for all intents and purposes. With the game on the line in the 4th quarter, and knowing we were losing.

But I guess he is not "the answer" either, or just "doesn't have 'it' "....

Tannehill does not play defense. Those two guys beat our new and improved defense with Ellerbe, Wheeler, Jordan, etc .....
