Explain to me why Floyd's block wasn't a flag but landry's was vs the bills?

Within 5 yards of the LOS so Landry's block was considered a crack back. Didn't help that the head snapped back violently.

The block by Floyd was about as textbook as it gets.

The refs are a completeam failure today. It is so obvious how the NFL sucks the **** of brady and the patriots...

Here is the rule guys. Patriot hit was legal.

An offensive player who is aligned more than two yards outside the tackle when the ball is snapped is prohibited from coming back toward the football and blocking low or hitting a player in the head or neck area.

I know what you're saying, blindside block. But I believe that only applies in that case on returns.

i.e. When you see an offensive lineman get crushed on an interception return and it's a penalty... it's a different rule.

Yeah that's definitely a confusion causer

The floyd block didn't look illegal. Someone have a link to the rule that says it was?
