I believe with the R&R train back next year, Chambers, Hagen, McMichael, Booker, Welker, C-Pep (or Lemon) and a Coach like Cam the possibilities would be endless..................:dolphins:

We must get Cam Cameron Offensive Coordinator of the Mighty San Diego Chargers. I for one would much rather get an offensive mined head coach. He is a young very talented OC. If we get him as our Leader hopefully his OC abilities translate well into Head coaching.

I like Cam, but for Off. Coordinator not HC. We need to tell Mularkey to pack his bags and let Cam call the plays for offense.

I have a good feeling about Rivera as HC. He's a pro coach not a college coach and he's young and not burnt out. Those are all good pluses in my book.

Anyone else have thoughts on this, I'd love to hear them.

Would it even be possible for Cameron to come here as an OC, since it would be a lateral move?

Out of every coach mentioned so far Cameron is the man I wanna get by far...no one even comes in close in my opinion...he turned gus frerotte, drew brees, and philip rivers into pro bowl QBs...so he obviously can work wit the QBs...sure LT has got incredible talent but the way hes used is due to camerons playcalling and can u imagine brown in an offense designed like san diegos he wont be LT but he can be a top 5 back in this league....cameron also had 7th rushing offense in nation as indiana head coach...so those both show u he can work wit RBs...did u see wat gates has done the last couple yrs and mcmichael is a damn good athlete...and he has at least some head coaching exxperience and hes only 45(46 in a month)so I don't see how anyone can better suit our team right now than cameron...if we can get cameron as HC and he calls the plays then keep dom capers to run our top 5 defense(give capers all the money he wants if im wayne) i see us turning this thing around very fast

cameron also played bball for bobby knight...even if its a different sport that will teach something about coaching

I love the idea of Cameron HC and actually letting a GM, Mueller or Pioli, run things.

That's how a team should be ran..

But, looking at Cameron, who else doesn't believe this guy is only 45-years old?

He looks 65+

Man, either one of those guys would be great. Alot more points on the board for us.

I would love to see the samy type of scheme that we ran in 2005 implemented here next year. Mularky obviously how'd no idea how to play to our team's strengths. It seemed at times we played to the defense's weaknesses and got away from what we did best which bit us in the butt quite often. We have the talent we just need someone to guide it. What good does a road map do you when you have no co-pilot to navigate you?

Why would Cameron make a lateral move to another team that doesn't have Tomlinson and Gates? The only way we get Cameron is if he's offered the head coaching job.

WIOD just reported that Kim Bokamper will fly to San Diego to interview Cam Cameron. They said that he's one hot coordinator on a lot of teams wish list. I want to hear what this guy has to say.
