as of now free agents like lenny walls and thomas are out there.we need to hop on it right away.I believe lenny walls is the best guy.We need to get him.He cant be any worse than howard.Watching lenny last year he was pretty good to me.:D

Lenny Walls would be a good pickup. His release from Denver was kind of weird and makes you wonder what's up with him though.

He is hurt, I would rather have Howard than a cornerback(Lenny Walls) who is going to be out for the season.
we do not need to pick up any players. THey will coem in for this year and be released the next, serves us no good. This isnt' the wanny era nemore where we do stupid things of that nature as you have noticed saban hasnt' done it so far. This year is more of an evaluation/study year for our coachign staff.

I don't believe he was out for the season. I read he was supposed to be back playing in two weeks but Denver released him anyway.

Mueller/Saban seem to beleive in constantly bringing in players for evaluation so I wouldent be surprised if we at least work him out.
