They are going to drop down and hopefully pick up some additional picks to compensate what they will lose in "piped in gate".

If Cooper is on the board at 8 do we pull the trigger?

Maybe for a fourth rounder at the most. Otherwise all we can do is our first and two later picks or add the second founder with the first which I hate. I think there is enough talent and enough holes to just sit tight at 14 and take bpa. I'd like us to end up with Cooper.

Yes. Cooper is a star in the making. As much as I love Kevin White, I think Cooper will make an impact day 1. A big time player in my book. Landry, Stills, Cooper, Matthews, and Cameron....I think so!

Don't see us having the ammo to move up unless we add a couple of players or dip into next year's draft.

4th rounder wont get you anywhere near 8...doubt they trade out when they are in a great spot for a 34 olb edge rusher which the d sorely needs...really doubt it

If White (pipe dream prob) or Cooper made it there I'm all for it. Maybe what kornut said isn't a bad idea.. Throw Jordan in with the deal lol. I'm not above trading picks from next year either. Would suck to miss out on a legit mlb like Kendricks but one of those 2 receivers could be huge

Beasley, Ray, and Gregory could be available at 8 and seeing as their #1 need is pass rush, 22 sacks last year, I'm quite sure they're staying put.

I may be wrong but most feel like this is a deep draft, specifically at RB/WR/OL, which is why teams may not be a fan of future picks.

I think we're really starting to play with fire when we're talking about trading up......no matter who's on the board

I mean we just lost like 8-11 starters to FA/trade. Need depth. Good depth.

I'm torn between the Cooper move. His skill set is very similar to Mike Wallace's. If you guys can prove to me that Cooper will go up and highpoint the football than I'm buying it. If you show me him running underneath the post and fades from perfectly thrown deep balls I'd have to sell. Tanne needs somebody who can adjust to his poorly thrown deep balls. Not saying Cooper can't do it, I just haven't seen it. Parker goes and gets it.

Yeah, lets trade up.. and have only 5 draft picks in the 4th, 5th and 6th round.. with all of the holes we have..

Great idea.

Really? You gotta be kidding me!! Cooper is NOTHING like Wallace, NOTHING!! He is as complete a WR as you are going to find coming out of college.
Different than Wallace in the following...
Hes a HANDS catcher not a body catcher.
He snatches the ball out of the air with strong very STRONG hands, and doesnt fight the ball like Wallace.
He is one of the smoothest route runners I have ever seen and can run ANY pattern.
He doesnt lose acceleration in and out of his breaks and absolutely loses defenders at his breaks.
He is a complete reciever, deep ball, short and run after the catch, and can go over the middle.
He has an NFL ready body and can absorb hits with ease.
He is just simply SMOOTH and fluid with running and makes everything look so easy.
He is IMO heads and shoulders the best WR in the draft.
He is an immediate starter and impact player day one in the NFL.
Think Marvin Harrison, style and personality wise, with a big body!!
Again...nothing like Wallace.
