This link shows a good comparison of their stats. One thing that I didn’t see the artical talk about is the strength of the opponents each team has played. So far, Miami has played some of the worst teams in the NFL. The Titans defense is pure garbage. I understand having hope and trying to parallel this game to the Steelers game last year but here is two words that destroy all hope......Cutler/Gase!

Cutler: let’s face it, he is a bum. He will be one of the worst QB’s in the league this season. I was super excited when I watched the first drive against the Chargers. I was calling my friends saying that our offense was going to light up defenses this year. However my optimism was killed with bubble screens and draws that get blown up. Cutler put up 92 yards against a team that got routed by 54 points the week prior that was led by a damn rookie....

Gase: everyone said this guy was a “guru” and “QB whisperer” when he was hired. This guy is neither and got lucky with having Manning as a QB....Manning called his own plays. People keep saying,”we are 2-2 this year when were 1-4 at this point last year”. Yeah, that’s is obvious but look at who we have played this year and look at how we have won....pure garbage. We would be 0-4 if the Chargers had a kicker and MM8 was QB for the Titans and not hurt. Gase continues to call horrible plays and his game plan is shlt. Gase plan: 1st down bubble screen, 2nd and long draw, and 3rd and long pass where Cutler looks like he wants to curl up in a fettle position. And the problem is that Gase keeps calling the same shlt all game long until the final drive of the game.

Gase should bench Cutler. He isn’t performing and brings no passion to the field. Look at the players around him. Landry looked like he was just going though the motions last week. Moore doesn’t have the big arm but he has heart which is something Cutler will never have. The players will fight for Moore. Moore has also been with this system for longer than Cutler. Plus, benching Cutler would likely cause Cutler to retire again and for good this time. Then we pick up Kap for cheap and let him backup Moore.

This game is going to be ugly. Atl is the best team that we have faced and miles better than a Cassel led Titans. Our defense is looking good but, how are they going to hold up to a QB that will thrown 50 times in a game. Atl’s running game will get shut down and they will abandon it early. Matty will be throwing the entire game. Plus, our D will be on the field a lot which isn’t good. They will get tired and exposed.

I have hope that Cutler gets benched at halftime or knocked out the game. Moore would come in with a fire. Sure, he is a career backup but he has been loyal even with Gase bringing his retired boyfriend in to start.

34-9 Falcons if Cutler starts the whole game.

31-19 if Cutler is pulled at halftime.

Sacks: Falcons 12 (T-12th), Dolphins 10 (T-24th)

That is a very interesting stat consider the problems our offense is having.

I think that we would have given up more sacks if our offense was on the field for longer. Tomorrow has got to be the day that Cutler is benched!

If Coach Gase is going to live and die with Cutler, then he will need to get Jay going in the running game to give the team a chance.

Dude, ya gotta let that 54 point thing go. The Titans D isnt that bad (im not saying its good by any means) but all of those points werent even on their D, there was a pick 6 in that game. That aside, 50 burgers are generally flukes in the NFL and you cant judge one team's performance based on what its opponent did (or failed to do) the prior week.

All that said, I cant really disagree with alot of your points.

I dont see Gase making the changes necessary to turn things around, ala the Pittsburgh game last year.

Cutler will remain our QB the entire game, im certain of that.

I also feel like we will see more bubble screens and single back draw plays from the shotgun.

Unless the oline magically starts doing their job, we will have no holes to run through and Cutler will be throwing the ball from his perpetual backpeddle.

On D we might have success early against the run, but Ryan will pick our secondary apart. After adjustments to prevent Atlanta's passing attack they will be able to run the ball at will.

I think our D gets exposed in this game similar to how the Pats and Ravens exploited it last year.

I HOPE I'm wrong. I'm gonna be watching every play hoping we make a HUGE improvements. I just dont see it happening on the road against one of the top teams in the NFL.

Edit: BTW, Kapernick will NEVER be a Miami Dolphin. You should let that one go too.

God, that Cutler throwing while backpedaling is just ugly. My heart sinks everytime I see it.

Gase goes from shiny new coach everyone loves to be inept at his job in the span of months

FH is amazing sometimes

What would you call his gameplan and play calling? We will be lucky to end the season at 4-12. Gase was said to be a guru but I see nothing special about this guy.

His game plan has been about limiting Cutler. Can’t get the run game going, offensive line is bad, it a perfect storm of ****

Was his game planning / play calling bad last year? In your opinion?
