thats harsh.i feel sorry for that guy but its his fault
 
He's lucky it was James Harrison who body slammed him, and not Joey Porter, or else the punishment would be more like terminal paralysis!

Five years no live football in order to get probation?
I would've seriously thought about taking the 30 days and be done with it.

The Judge was probably a football widow. :lol:
 
I would think not getting to watch the Browns for 5 years was actually a gift.
 
He's not allowed to watch the Super Bowl? Good thing he's a Browns fan, because he'll never miss anything.
 
Man that's rough. Spending Superbowl weekend in jail? Ouch.


How are they oing to be able to enforce the 5 year rule though? If he attended a high school football game, or went to an Arena League game, or even drove out of town to a different NFL city and bought some scalped tickets, the judge would never know.
 
Isn't there a law in our constitution prohibiting cruel and unusual punishment? If the judge pulled that crap with me, I would totally blow off the whole "can't attend a game for five years" garbage. Like said before, who is gonna know?
