all the dolphins fans that wer at radio city hall in ny should be ashamed for the way they reacted to cam camerons speech. We have to give him a chance.

Maybe if everoyne wasnt so damn hyped up on brady quinn, we could see wat great quality picks we got in this draft-jus saying wat kind of fans boo ther own team

I remember hearing them say the Jets fans loved it when we drafted Ginn. When something happens that makes Jets fans cheer, Dolphins fans boo. That's just how it goes. We got decent picks later but the start of the draft leaves many shell shocked. And we weren't the only group of fans who booed our FO. Look at the Packers.

Great thread. I'm not going to sit here and ***** and whine about the players we don't have, I'm going to embrace and support the ones that are here. I can't wait till the first time Ginn takes a kick to the house, or a simple screen play for a 60 yard TD. And I sure as hell can't wait to see John Beck leading us to the playoffs year after year. We got 2 big time impact players with those picks, not to mention a starting linemen with the next pick.

EDIT: What happend to our sigs?

I think Cam had it coming, Quinn was our guy, we will never live this down, we are this years Texans passing on Bush, remember how well that went for them??? If I see him today, i will boo him!!!

It isn't really about passing on Quinn (although I do think that will haunt us for years to come), it is also about value. Picking up an injured punt returner who is an average receiver at the 9th overall pick just does not represent value to me.

Ginn may be the best punt returner Miami has ever had, but he would still be a reach at number nine.

I agree Aqua. I can't wait to see Beck tossing it around to Ginn, Chambers, Booker and Brown out of the backfield on screen passes. I want to see Beck take us on that 85 to 80 yard touchdown drive at the end of a game to win and secures the AFC East Championship. Might not be this year then again it might, but, I believe that will be the case sooner rather than later.

well, they throw a party for people and the Jim Mandich is pumping everybody up about Quinn, then all of the sudden they draft some WR that wasn't even one of the best receivers out there. The people were pissed beyond reason and out comes Cam Cameron talking about punt returns and the guys family and looking like he doesn't know what the hell he's doing, of course they booed him. I probably would have booed too because of so much emotion. I'm just glad they drafted a QB, and I understand that they didn't think that Quinn was worth the 9th overall. I just question the fact that this guy Ginn is not healthy and there were arguably other players that offered better value at that spot. As for Cameron, poor guy.

Cam was in Miami at the Bubble

Is that "at" the Bubble, or "on" the Bubble....? I just saw the whole video and ESPN cleaned it up before they showed it on Saturday, that crowd was peeved, Wayne was peeved, he was so mad I thought we might see a Steinbrenner/Billy Martin moment....

No, the Miami fans should be proud. Cameron should be ashamed for wasting a ninth overall draft pick on a fragile, short punt returner.
