Farmer AND Xanders both a possibility

Hmmmm, would we have an assistant gm?? Did we have one previously?? I don't recall hearing of one

Seems like Florio is just speculating b/c of the relationship of Xander's & Farmer. Don't get me wrong I am not saying that I am against it but it just seems unlikely.
 
The fact that Assistant GM, Brian Gaine is an applicant for the GM role as well. He may prefer to go elsewhere if someone else is appointed.
Maybe we are preparing for additional changes. If Xanders and Farmer both came, would Xanders be the GM and Farmer the AGM or vice versa?
 
Or Xander head of op. with veto power, Farmer at GM, Gaine as Ass GM. Thats a great team up top.

It is hard to think Miami could actually have something good happen isn't it? But in this case could there be something as Co GM's with one focusing on pro talent and one on college? Or could one become VP of football ops and the other GM?
 
IF this is true in ANY way shape or form, and Ross can pull this off...he'll have redeemed himself some in my eyes.
 
The article mentions Xanders joining "a front office that could be led by possible front-runner Ray Farmer," so it sounds like they are speculating Farmer as GM and Xanders as something else.
 
Had to make sure he mentioned in the article once again about how dysfunctonal we are and no quality GM would interview with us.
